wondermummy delivery and returns policy
We understand that you are very keen to get your hands on the clothes you have ordered. We aim to dispatch all orders either same day or next working day. All orders to the UK are sent 1st Class Royal Mail (unless otherwise specified by the customer) and all other orders to the EU and Rest of World are sent Airmail.
standard delivery times & charges
all orders are shipped either same day or next working day and are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Orders to the United Kingdom are sent 1st Class Royal Mail and should be with you in approx. 3-5 working days. Orders to Eire (Republic of Ireland) sent Airmail and normally take 5 to 7 working days. Please let us know any special delivery instructions, so that we can arrange for your order to be delivered promptly.

this is fixed at £4.95 delivery on all orders. Postage is FREE on all orders with a total value of £70 or more
next day delivery (available UK only)
a next day delivery option is available at a standard charge of £10 to UK customers only. This service is only available for orders placed before 1pm Monday->Thursday (inclusive). Orders placed on a Friday will be scheduled for delivery on the following Monday. Order placed on a Sat or Sun will be scheduled for delivery the following Tuesday. A signature will be required for all next day delivery orders. See terms and conditions of our next day delivery service here.
eire (republic of Ireland) postage and packing (up to 2kg in weight)
this is fixed at £6.50 delivery on all orders . Postage is FREE on all orders with a total value of £70 or more
rest of world postage & packing
this is fixed at £7.50 delivery on all orders. Postage is FREE on all orders with a total value of £70 or more

All orders with a total shopping cart value of more than £70 will qualify for FREE postage. However, if an item(s) is returned that takes the total value of the order below the £70 value, then standards postal charges will apply (see sections above). This does not apply in the event of damaged goods being sent by wondermummy
returns and exchanges
we hope that you are happy with your purchase but we also understand that body shape changes dramatically during pregnancy and therefore there is no problem at all returning or exchanging items. In addition to your statutory rights, if for any reason you would like to return a purchase to us, please refer to the 'returns policy and procedure' set out below. We will be happy to refund or exchange goods provided they are in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging within 21 days of the receipt of the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer-damaged items (statutory rights not affected). If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable, the cost of postage when returning the goods is to be paid by you. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, the cost of returning the item will be paid by wondermummy

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange any of our knickers, swimwear or products listed in our 'lotions and potions' category unless they are faulty or damaged.
In the unlikely event that the item(s) you ordered were charged but not received should be made within 90 days of the statement charge.
order cancellation
if you want to cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email ASAP. If we have already dispatched the goods, please return them to us when you get them.
sale purchased goods
all orders for sale items purchased online may be cancelled during the period of 7 days from the day after receipt of the goods (the 'cooling off period'). If an order is not cancelled during this period and you wish to return the product, you may exchange the item for a period of up to 21 days from receipt of the goods. Refunds are not available following the cooling off period, unless the goods are faulty or damaged, in which case you are entitled to a full refund.
data protection and privacy
the personal data you submit, and our records of your visits to the Site, will be used to monitor and improve our service to you, and for marketing purposes. We may send you emails, brochures, leaflets and catalogues displaying our products and services, and may telephone you in order to tell you of promotional offers, to discuss account details or for market research. We will respect the privacy of your personal data, and will comply with all data protection legislation for the time being in force in the UK. We do not make our mailing list available for marketing purposes to anyone outside of wondermummy and, unless required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction, will not disclose your personal data to anyone. If you wish to update or delete your personal information, or if you prefer that we do not email you to tell you of promotional offers, please e-mail us at info@wondermummy.com.
