We hope that you are happy with your purchase but we also understand that body shape changes dramatically during pregnancy and therefore there is no problem at all returning or exchanging items.

In addition to your statutory rights, if for any reason you would like to return a purchase to us, please refer to the returns policy and procedure. We will be happy to refund or exchange goods provided they are in perfect condition, unworn within 21 days of the receipt of the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer-damaged items (statutory rights not affected). If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable, the cost of postage when returning the goods is to be paid by you. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, the cost of returning the item will be paid by wondermummy.

If you wish to return any item, please follow these quick, easy steps:
- Complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order, ensuring you indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange
- Please remember to include the form, within your return package
- Please keep a receipt as proof of postage when returning items to wondermummy
- Wrap your item(s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit
