Wondermummy Ltd will not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform obligations if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond their control.

The terms and conditions and contracts between you and Wondermummy Ltd shall be governed by English law and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Wondermummy Ltd attempts to ensure that the information available on the website at any one time is accurate. However we cannot guarantee that it will be fault free.

Wondermummy Ltd does not accept liability for any errors and admissions and reserves the right to change information, specification and description of listed goods, and products at any time.

Wondermummy Ltd does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by virus or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

Wondermummy Ltd does not accept liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the website, or any failure to complete a transaction.

Wondermummy Ltd does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of use of the website for any products or services purchased from the website.

Wondermummy Ltd will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit) up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.

This liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.

free delivery
All orders with a total shopping cart value of more than £70 will qualify for FREE postage. However, if an item(s) is returned that takes the total value of the order below the £70 value, then standards postal charges will apply (see section above). This does not apply in the event of damaged goods being sent by wondermummy

You acknowledge that Wondermummy Ltd own or is licensed to use all copyright, database rights, trade marks and other intellectual property rights in and to all parts of this website and the business of Wondermummy Ltd (including the structure design and layout of the website) and assert all such rights worldwide.

You are entitled to use our website in accordance with these terms and conditions. You must obtain Wondermummy Ltd’s prior written consent before you use the website or any part of it in any other manner.

product information and colours
Products displayed on this Site are available only whilst stocks last. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.

ordering & delivery (including FREE delivery)
No contract shall exist between you and Wondermummy Ltd until Wondermummy Ltd has sent you an e-mail or telephoned you confirming acceptance of your order.  Wondermummy Ltd is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of errors or inaccuracy regarding the goods or the order appearing on the site.

standard delivery times & charges
UK & Channel Isles Postage & Packing is fixed at £4.00 delivery on all orders (free delivery on all orders over £70). All orders are shipped either same day or next working day and are dispatched 1st Class Royal Mail and should be with you in approx. 2 working days.

republic of ireland
Postage & Packing is fixed at £4.00 on all orders (free delivery on all orders over £70). All packages are sent Airmail and should be with you in approx. 4-5 working days.

rest of world
Postage & Packing is fixed at £7.50 on all orders (free delivery on all orders over £70). All packages are sent Airmail and should be with you in approx. 5-7 working days.

Local import duties may be payable on receipt and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
